Pistons Pre-Season Game

My son and I had a "boys night out" on Tuesday. We had dinner at Friday's and made our way over to the Van Andel Arena to catch an NBA Pre-Season game between the Detroit Pistons and the Washington Wizards.

We had a terrific time and enjoyed watching those amazing athletes.

Success!  Today I worked with a PowerSchool Technician to solve a lingering issue with validation errors.  Huh?  Let's just say that it is a big load off of my back.

Another way of posting to your blog

Here I am experimenting with emailing a new blog entry to Blogger. I will also include a picture to see if that posts to the site.

German Cultural Exchange Students Visit Jenison

Jenison High School proudly hosts students from Trampenkamp Germany for a 3 week visit to our district. Bringing with them a variety of German cultural experiences, they reside with district residents, attend classes, and travel about Michigan to learn of our culture and schools.

I just got done setting up a Wordpress blog account.  Seems much more confusing than blogger.  I will have to do some more investigating.

Another successful start to the school year

We are off to a smooth start to this school year. As is typical, we had some issues with overloaded classes, but that seems to have been worked out.

Setting up my first blog

I learned something today. Blogger is owned by Google. Should have known.

Setting up my first blog was pretty darn easy. Just have to have a gmail account to get started. Already had that, so the rest was simple.
